We also had be...We ate salsa made from cholla buds. We also had bean soup made from Tohono O'odham tepary beans. The salsa was really delicious. It had onions, cilantro, and tomatoes in it as well. Good stuff!! The tepary beans were white and they were cooked with chicken and green chiles.
